New Orders and Sales Promotion Support
We offer order processing and customer care via email for all customer and order types, including personal, institutional, agent, and gratis orders. In addition to processing orders through fulfillment databases, we can also process the sale of a single article, single issue, or supplement and coordinate with the warehouse directly for delivery. As well as order processing as part of a comprehensive subscription management system, we also offer a stand-alone order-processing service.
Subscription Returns & Renewals
Our team manages undelivered copies of your magazine or journal, following up with your customers to correct the delivery address where necessary. Apart from handling welcome letters to new subscribers, we also maintain regular contact with existing customers, making it easier for them to renew their subscription. We are equipped to process renewals via EDI through agent tapes as well as individual and direct institutional orders.
For those of your customers whose subscription is about to expire, or has expired, we use gentle reminders to let them know the status of their subscription and encourage a repeat subscription. We are also able to chase lapsed invoices to convert them into an active subscription, contacting potential subscribers who have in the past asked for an invoice but haven't come back to subscribe
